Telehealth and telephone consultations – a Federal Government initiative

YDMC continues to integrate new Governement initiative which continue in 2021 – face to face consultations are preferred but telehealth consultations where you have attended the practice in-person in the last 12 months & you are known to that GP. These consultations are an alternative method of consultation and reduces your risk and staff risk of exposure to viruses.
